We will use the contact information you provide to communicate with you throughout the duration of your project. This ensures that we can keep you informed and engaged from start to finish.

Your personal information will not be sold or used for any other purposes.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions prior to, or after submitting this form.

If you haven't already done so, please click on our PRICING page to view our current rates.

Once you have verified that the total amount of media being shipped to us looks correct:

• Click on the "Submit" button below.
• We will email you within 48 hours with a cost estimate to convert your media to a digital format.
• You will reply back with your approval of the costs (or with any questions you may have).
• Once we have obtained your approval, you will receive an invoice requesting half of the overall payment in advance.
• You will ship your media to us (our shipping address is located at the top of the CONTACT page).
• Once we have received your media, if mold/mildew is detected on any of the items, we will contact you for permission to attempt removing the mold/mildew (please see the bottom of the SERVICES page for our Mold and Mildew Disclaimer).
• Once the project has been completed, you will receive another invoice for the remaining balance.
• When your final payment has been received, we will carefully ship the media back to you along with the USB Thumb Drive (or media of your choice).
