Mold and Mildew Disclaimer

We strive to provide the highest quality audio/video media transfer services; however, please be aware of the following regarding mold and mildew:

We will make reasonable efforts to clean and remove visible mold/mildew from audio/video media prior to digitization.
We cannot guarantee complete removal of all mold/mildew or restoration of severely damaged media.
We are not responsible for media that is damaged beyond our ability to clean or transfer.
Moldy or mildewed media may pose health risks. We reserve the right to refuse service for excessively contaminated items.
We charge $5.00 per audio/video for mold/mildew removal. This charge applies in two scenarios:
- When mold/mildew removal was attempted and was successful.
- When mold/mildew removal was attempted but failed due to excessive mold/mildew.
If we cannot digitize your media due to the scenario listed above, you will only be charged $5.00 for that media item. We will never charge you the digitizing fee when this situation exists.
By submitting media for transfer, you acknowledge these limitations and agree not to hold us liable for media that cannot be fully restored or transferred due to mold/mildew damage.
